2022 Annual Meeting

Academy members were happy to join our first hybrid Annual Meeting. Members were able to attend either in-person or virtually over Zoom to participate in discussion. Academy Chairman Thomas Shannon provided provided opening remarks, followed by President Ronald Neumann’s overview of the Academy’s ongoing projects. Undersecretary for Management John Bass served as this year’s guest speaker and shared updates regarding the Department of State’s personnel development and technological advances. Our members engaged in a Q&A session after his address. Finally, each chair of the Academy’s executive committees provided updates on the Academy’s finances, programs, and membership, among others.
