This year’s Sisco Forum will take place at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill on February, 27 2024 and will explore the subject “Diplomatic Discussion: What is Environmental Diplomacy?” Introduced by Ambassador Ronald Neumann, the panel will be moderated by Ambassador Barbara Stephenson, and will feature Mr. Alonzo Fulgham, Mr. Anthony "Bud" Rock, and Ambassador Robert Blake.


This programming was organized by the American Academy of Diplomacy and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with support from the Sisco Family Charitable Fund.
